RNP is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (“RJC”).
RNP is committed to operating its business in accordance with RJC Code of Practices, by integrating human rights, social and environment considerations into day to day operations, business planning activities and decision making processes.
To achieve certified status, RJC members must satisfy a rigorous independent third- party audit that assesses the organization’s business practices and management systems against RJC’s Code of Practices standards for environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors, including human rights, responsible production, and anti- money laundering. As an RJC member, we are audited to verify our compliance with the RJC Code of Practices.
Code of Ethics
Recognizing the vital importance of conducting its business subject to high ethical standards and in full compliance with all applicable laws and, with integrity and honesty, RNP has adopted a Code of Ethics applicable to all management and associates.
The Code of Business Ethics and Code of Conduct for Suppliers (Code of Conduct) reflects the basic operating principles and expectations of RNP in relations to its suppliers. It also sets out requirements which much be met by suppliers, their contractors and subcontractors when dealing or having a business with RNP.
It is our aim to:
-To conduct our business to a high ethical standard, and to ensuring integrity, transparency and conformance with Applicable Law.
-We would not tolerate Money Laundering and/or financing of terrorism.
-We will adhere to the Kimberly Process Certification System and the World Diamond Council Voluntary System of Warranties.
-We always and will respect commercial confidentially and data privacy.
Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct
RNP care about protecting our people and are committed to respecting human rights, across our entire business and supply chain. Our company mission, sustainability strategy and risk management processes serve as the foundation to mitigate and prevent any salient human rights risks. RNP is committed to respecting human rights as set out in the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. The purpose of the document of Human rights has set out our approach and commitment to human rights and how this is embedded in our procedures and processes. We review such document on a regular basis to keep it up to date with our commitments, as we recognize a commitment respecting human rights is ongoing
We play a crucial role in promoting responsible practices and ethical standards within the jewelry industry. Through our standards, certification and collaborative initiatives, RJC aims to build trust, transparency, and sustainability across the entire jewelry supply chain, ultimately benefiting consumers, communities, and the environment.
RNP expect its Suppliers to adhere to the relevant rules, laws and regulations which apply to their businesses, including compliance with the RJC Code of Practice (Due diligence for responsible sourcing from conflict-affected and high risk areas) and associated OECD standards and guidance.
RNP expects Suppliers to conduct their business operations in accordance with both international best practices and best practices in the jewelry industry.
Suppliers are required to adhere to the minimum standards and to ensure that the standards are observed by their contractors and sub-contractor. Suppliers are responsible for communicating the content of this document and ensuring the compliance measures are implemented accordingly.

RNP is committed to not buying or selling Conflict Diamonds and raw metals or assisting others to do so. All suppliers of diamonds, are required to ensure the same thorough compliance with the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), the World Diamond Council (WDC), Statement of Warranties (SOW) and applicable national legislation and give a declaration to this effect on all their invoices.
All Suppliers of raw metals must ensure conflict free sourcing in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High Risk Areas through London Bullion Market Association (LBMA)or Responsible Mineral Initiative (RMI) or Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) or RJC (Chain of Custody) and give a declaration to this effect on their invoices.
The adherence to our Code of Conduct is a shared commitment. If you witness behavior that is not in line with this Code of Conduct, do not hesitate to speak up. Reports of misconduct are taken seriously, investigated properly, followed with suitable corrective actions if necessary.
Speaking up in good faith when you have concerns is a fundamental responsibility that contributed to our shared commitment for maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. You are cordially invited to:
